Cílem práce je analýza efektivity globální regulace obchodu se zbraněmi, resp. regionální regulace EU. První kapitola se zabývá trendy v obchodu s konvenčními zbraněmi, hlavními exportéry a klíčovými oblastmi importu, motivací exportérů resp.importérů zbraní. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the effectiveness of the current global regulation of the arms trade and the regional EU regulation.
