Úpadky podniků jsou jedním ze způsobů vynuceného ukončení podnikání. Zpravidla bývá úpadek způsoben chybným rozhodováním managementu či vlastníků. Bankruptcies are one way of forcing a business to close. As a rule, bankruptcy is caused by erroneous decisions of management or owners. The most injured party to corporate insolvency proceedings is creditors.
