Effect of arms position on langing after the block in women´s volleyball

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zranění předního zkříženého vazu ve volejbale. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a biomechaniku kolenního kloubu, následuje problematika zranění kolenního kloubu, rizikové faktory působící na zranění ACL a blokování ve volejbale. Rizikovými faktory, které ovlivňují zranění ACL se rozumí úhel a moment síly ve frontální rovině a reakční síla podložky. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit vliv změny pozice paží při doskoku po bloku a porovnat s rizikovými faktory, které předchází zranění ACL. Na výzkumu se jako subjekty testování podílely dvě hráčky volejbalu z týmu TJ Ostrava, který startuje v české nejvyšší soutěži. V Centru diagnostiky lidského pohybu byl proveden sběr dat pomocí kinematické a kinetické analýzy. Pro porovnání dvou typů doskoků po bloku byl použit párový t-test a index vlivu Effect of size. Mezi doskoky po bloku typu SL a SL_lateral byly naměřeny rozdílné hodnoty zatížení kolenního kloubu ve frontální rovině z pohledu úhlu a momentu sil.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of injury of the front cross junction in volleyball. The theoretical part describes knee joint anatomy and biomechanics, knee injury, risk factors for ACL injuries and volleyball blocking. The risk factors that affect ACL injury are the angle and moment of force in the frontal plane and the reaction force of the pad. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out the influence of the change of the arm position at the jump after the block and compare it with the risk factors that predict the ACL injuries. Two volleyball players from the TJ Ostrava team, who started at the Czech highest competition, participated in the research as test subjects. At the Human Movement Diagnostic Center, data was collected using kinematic and kinetic analysis. To compare two types of landing after block, the pair t-test and the Effect of size effect index were used. Between the SL and SL_lateral blocks, the different values of the knee joint load in the frontal plane were measured from the point of view of the angle and moment of force.
