Práce rozebírá problematiku genetického onemocnění hereditární spastické paraparézy (HSP). V teoretické části, jsem nejdříve popsala genetiku a genetické testy, kterými se onemocnění zjistí. Abstract:
The thesis is about the issue of genetic disease - hereditary spastic paraparesis (HSP) In theoretical part I started with describing genetics and genetic tests which detect the illness. I distinguished the forms of HSP. Next, I delineated the problems of specificity of symptoms and the forecast which people have when they suffer from this disease.
