Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma, jak motivovat zaměstnance ve veřejné organizaci Střední škola stravování a služeb. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stav motivování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v dané organizaci a popsat fungování odměňování zaměstnanců.
