Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na způsob poskytování dopravních informací cestující veřejnosti v prostředí Správy železnic. Analyzuje současný stav, představuje předpisy, které se v této oblasti vyskytují, a porovnává teorii s reálnými možnostmi zaměstnanců. Součástí této práce je také návrhová část, která představuje možnosti, jak odstranit některé nedostatky a současný stav komunikace s veřejností zlepšit.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the way of providing traffic information to the traveling public in the environment of Správa železnic. It analyzes the current situation, presents the regulations that occur in this area, and compares the theory with the real possibilities of employees.
