Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rekognici jako na důkazní prostředek, který může mít za splnění určitých podmínek povahu neopakovatelného úkonu. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on recognition as a means of evidence, which can have the character of a non-repeatable act under certain conditions. It is a form of criminal identification by recognition. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the issue of recognition, so that they can fully understand its meaning and importance as a means of evidence.
