Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění tržní hodnoty společnosti BRESSON a.s. k 1. 1. 2009. První část se týká finanční analýzy, která hodnotí finanční zdraví společnosti. Druhá část práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou, jejímž výsledkem je prognóza tržeb společnosti. Další část analyzuje a prognózuje generátory hodnoty a je zde sestaven finanční plán. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out (estimate) the value of the firm BRESSON a.s. to 1. 1. 2009. The first part talk about financial analysis, which appreciate financial health of the company. The second part of the thesis deal with the strategical analysis.
