Diplomová práce se věnuje formalizaci informační strategie pro malý podnik operující v oblasti služeb údržby komunikací a malých staveb. Abstract:
Diploma thesis is dedicated to recording of information strategy for SME operating in roads services and maintanance. Thesis is focused on the modern trends in business IT and IT Governance in small enterprise. Thesis contains mapped processes and organization structure. The result are documented projects, which are then transformed to documented (recorded) IT strategy using the TOGAF framework.
