Methods and tool of time management and personal efficiency management
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat používání moderních metod a nástrojů time managementu u obchodních manažerů a zaměstnanců pracujících na obchodních pozicích ve vybraných firmách a formulovat doporučení ke zvýšení časové efektivity za použití konkrétních metod a nástrojů a také moderních technologií.
Abstract:
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to define and distinguish the usage of modern methods and tools of time management for sales managers and employees working in the sales department for selected companies. The goal of this work is to also present recommendations in order to increase time efficiency by using specific methods, tools and modern technologies.
