Social Climate of Class with Gifted Pupils

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na deklarování klimatu školní třídy nadaných žáků. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na tři oblasti klimatu třídy a těmi je klima suportivní, motivace k negativnímu školnímu výkonu a sebeprosazení. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy, které se této problematiky týkají, jako je nadání, intelektově nadaný žák a formy vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Dále se práce zaměřuje na nadané dívky, nadané žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a období dospívání u nadaných. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována klimatu školní třídy a jeho souvislosti s nadáním. Praktická část práce prezentuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu s hlavním cílem zjistit, jak nadaní žáci deklarují klima školní třídy. Výsledky výzkumu byly podrobeny komparaci se stenovými normami aplikovaného dotazníku a taktéž byla provedena komparace deklarování klimatu třídy v závislosti na pohlaví, typu školy a přítomnosti speciálních vzdělávacích potřeb žáků s nadáním.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on declaring the climate of the classrooms of gifted pupils. Specifically, it focuses on three areas of class climate: supportive climate, motivation to negative school performance and self-assertion. The theoretical part defines the key koncepts of relate problematice, such as giftedness, intelectually talented pupils and forms of learning gifted pupils. In addition this work is also focuses on gifted girls, gifted pupils with special educational needs and gifted pupils during adolescence. The last part of the theoretical part discusses the climate of the school classes and its connection with giftedness. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research with the main objective to find out how gifted pupils declare the climate of the class. The results of the research were compared with the sten scores of the questionnaire conducted in the class and with the declaration of the class climate made according to the gender, type of school and the special educational needs of gifted pupils.
