Cross border cooperation on the example of a selected region Šumava - Bavaria

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Přeshraniční spolupráce na příkladu vybraného regionu Šumava – Bavorsko je zaměřena na deskripci konkrétní spolupráce ve vzdělávání. Popisuje spolupráci SOŠ a SOU Sušice s patronátní školou VHS im Landkreis Cham e. V. na základě realizovaného úspěšného projektu. Cílem práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky tohoto projektu, a to z hlediska jeho přínosu pro profesní uplatnění a osobní rozvoj studentů a učitelů. Bakalářská práce se skládá s teoretické části, která vychází z poznatků odborné literatury zaměřené především na projektovou činnost a z části praktické, která analyzuje sebraná data kvalitativním i kvantitativním šetřením. Práce poskytuje možnost seznámit se s konkrétním projektem a poznat jeho silné stránky a příležitosti, zamyslet se nad slabými stránkami a hrozbami, které vyplynou na základě úspěšně zpracované SWOT analýzy.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis on the topic of cross-boarder cooperation on the example of a selected region Šumava – Bavaria is focused on the description of specific cooperation in education. It describes the cooperation of SOŠ and SOU Sušice with the patronage school VHS im Landkreis Cham e. V. on the basis of a successful project. The aim of the work is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of this project, in terms of it's contribution to the professional application and personal development of students and teachers. The bachelor's thesis consist of a theoretical part, which is based on the findings of the literature focused primarily on project activities and a practical part, which analyzes the collected data by qualitative and quantitative research. The work provides an opportunity to get acquainted with a specific project and know it's strengths and opportunities and think about possible weaknesses and threats based on a successful SWOT analysis.
