Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj osobního managementu. V teoretické rovině se věnuje problematice managementu osobního rozvoje cestou modifikovaného celostního systému managementu. Cílem práce je, na základě výstupů z profilových analýz u vybraných respondentů, navrhnout možnosti pro rozvoj jejich kompetencí v rámci osobního a profesního managementu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of personal management. On a theoretical level, it deals with the issue of personal development management, through a modified holistic management system.
