Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvoření funkčního návrhu dřevostavby rodinného domu a porovnat jeho vlastností s rodinným domem shodné geometrie tradiční zděné koncepce. Pro porovnávání stavební konstrukce je dřevostavba zhotovena ze sloupkové konstrukce se záklopem ze sádrovláknitých desek a referenční budovou zděné koncepce je stavba ze systému Porotherm. Na základě vypracované projektové dokumentace pro zhotovení výstavby obou konstrukcí je zhotoven orientační výkaz výměr obou stavebních koncepcí. Na základě výkazu materiálu je provedeno porovnání environmentálních dopadů obou staveb. Vyprojektovaný jednogenerační rodinný dům s dvěma nadzemními podlažími je rovněž navržen se snahou přiblížit stavbu tradiční architektuře vybrané lokality a zachovat tak nedotčený ráz krajiny. Obě navržené stavby jsou dispozičně řešeny tak, aby se zachovala co nejobdobnější geometrie obou staveb. Práce je navržena jako budova s umístěním na existující pozemek. Součástí bakalářské práce je výkresová dokumentace, tabulkový soubor orientačního výkazu výměr, tabulkový soubor sloužící k příkladnému porovnání environmentálních dopadů, samostatná příloha vizualizace.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is a functional design of a timber-framed house and comparison of its characteristics with a house of the traditional masonry concept. The timber building is based on post and beam construction with a fibreboard clading and the reference masonry building is designed from brick block of Porotherm system. Documentation includes both structure types, as well as contain approximate costs of material quantities and compares environmental impact of both buildings. The designed single-family house with two storeys is also designed with an attempt to approach the traditional architecture of the selected site and preserve the unspoilt character of the landscape. The layout of both proposed buildings is designed to preserve the most similar geometry of both buildings. The work is designed as a building to be sited on an existing site. Part of the bachelor‘s thesis is a drawing documentation and a tabular set of approximate costs of material quantities, a spreadsheet used for an exemplary comparison of the environmental impact and separate appendix of visulizacions.
