Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou financovania bývania v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Prvá kapitola je koncipovaná prevažne teoreticky. Definuje trh nehnuteľností a hypotekárne bankovníctvo na Slovensku.
