Analysis of the development of village Dolní Nivy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje rozvoj obce Dolní Nivy od roku 1989 do současnosti. Dle dostupných zdrojů je prvním uceleným dokumentem tohoto charakteru, který může být využit pro potřeby obce, a to zejména jako podklad pro zpracování strategických dokumentů např. územního plánu, strategického plánu rozvoje obce a akční plánu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První z nich obsahuje základní informace o vzniku a historii regionální politiky ve světě, jejím vývoji v České republice i možném uplatnění v rámci rozvoje venkova. Druhá charakterizuje vznik a vývoj demografie i socioekonomické geografie včetně statistických dat využitelných pro potřebu analýzy územní statistické jednotky. Praktická část je vlastní analýzou předmětné obce. Úvodní část zahrnuje základní informace o obci, jejím vzniku i současném stavu. V analytické části jsou zmapována a vyhodnocena data ze sčítání lidu v letech 1991, 2001 a 2011, demografická a socioekonomická data z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Ministerstva financí od roku 1989. Statistické údaje dokreslují výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného autorkou práce v letech 2017-2018. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy zjištěných dat vyhodnotit dosavadní rozvoj obce a doporučit vhodné změny či opatření za účelem zajištění jejího udržitelného rozvoje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyzes the development of the municipality of Dolní Nivy since 1989. According to available sources, it is the first comprehensive document of this nature that can be used for the needs of the municipality, especially as a basis for the elaboration of strategic documents of the municipality such as the territorial plan, the strategic municipal development plan, the action plan, etc. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first contains basic information on the origins and history of regional politics in the world, its development within the Czech Republic and its possible application in the context of rural development. The second characterizes the origin and development of demography and socio-economic geography including statistical data, which can be used for the needs of the analysis of the regional statistical unit. The practical part is the analysis of the said municipality. The introductory part includes basic information about the village, its origins, and its current state. In the analytical part, census data from 1991, 2001 and 2011, demographic and socio-economic data from the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic are mapped and evaluated. The statistical data present the results of a questionnaire survey conducted by the author of this work in the years 2017-2018. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the development of the municipality based on the analyzed data and recommend suitable changes or measures in order to ensure its sustainable development.
