Tématem mé práce je provozování rozhlasového a televizního vysílání. V první části své práce se věnuji masmédiím a jejich postavení v systému mediálního práva v České republice. Konkrétně na zákony, regulace a podmínky zřízení rozhlasového a televizního vysílání. V neposlední řadě se zabývám orgány regulace. The topic of my thesis is the radio and television broadcasting. The first part of my work is dedicated to the mass media and their position in the media legislation in the Czech Republic.
