Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje stav a současné možnosti komunikace klienta s bankou. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé formy komunikace používané v Česku např. platební karty, telefonbanking, GSM banking, WAP a JAVA banking, PDA banking, homebanking a internetbanking. Diese Bakkalaureusarbeit zeigt den Zustand und derzeitige Möglichkeiten der Kommunikation unter dem Klienten und der Bank.
