Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ontologiemi a základními technologiemi pro jejich popis. Seznamuje s formátem OWL 2, knihovnami OWL API a Pellet Reasonerem, které slouží pro manipulaci s OWL ontologiemi. Práce je zaměřená na návrh a implementaci Enterprise Java Beans komponenty, která poskytuje služby pro kladení dotazů nad ontologiemi, a to včetně dedukovaných znalostí. Abstract:
This diploma thesis occupies by the ontologies and the basic technologies for their description. Thesis acquaintes with the OWL 2 format, the OWL API libralies and Pellet Reasoner, which serve as manipulation with the OWL ontologies.
