Possibilities of the selected company to enter the Vietnam market

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na probádání možností a podmínek, za kterých by zvolená společnost mohla expandovat na vietnamský trh. Zvolená česká společnost Cue a.s. je technologická firma zaměřující se na výrobu informačních a komunikačních přístrojů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké šance by společnost měla na vstup do vietnamského prostředí. Na základě analýzy cílové země je zjištěno, proč je Vietnam vhodnou zemí pro další expanzi. Ta je doplněna analýzou konkurence a samotné Cue a.s. pro získání lepšího obrazu o konkurenceschopnosti. Na základě zjištěných skutečností bude navržena strategie vstupu na vietnamský trh.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on exploring the possibilities and conditions under which the selected company could expand into the Vietnamese market. The selected Czech company Cue a.s. is a technology company specializing in production of information and communication devices. The aim of this work is to find out what chances the company would have to enter the Vietnamese environment. Based on the analysis of the target country, it is determined why Vietnam is a suitable country for further expansion. This is complemented by an analysis of the competition and Cue a.s. ifself to get a better picture of it's competitiveness. Based on the findings, a strategy for entering the Vietnamese market is proposed.
