Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na srovnání spektroskopické elipsometrie a spektroskopické reflektometrie při určování hodnot tlouštěk a optických konstant vybraných tenkých vrstev. Pro měření byly konkrétně vybrány kvalitní vrstvy SiO2 na Si. Po měření na elipsometru a spektrofotometru následovala vyhodnocení naměřených dat. Abstract:
This work is focused on comparison of spectroscopic ellipsometry with spectroscopic reflectometry on determination the values of thicknesses and optical constants of choice thin films. For the measurement were chosen quality layers SiO2 upon Si concretely. After the measurement on ellipsometer and spectrofotometer followed evaluation of measuring data.
