Human Resources Management in Hospitality Industry by Competencies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelu Olšanka, na který byl aplikován přístup řízení lidských zdrojů podle kompetencí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, část analytickou a část návrhovou. Teoretická část se věnuje definici pojmu řízení lidských zdrojů, pojmu kompetence a identifikaci kompetencí. Analytická část vychází z poznatků části teoretické a identifikuje všechny kompetence na 22 pozicích hotelu. Identifikace těchto kompetencí vyúsťuje v část návrhovou, ve které je navrhnuta kompetenční matice, pro zlepšení práce s lidskými zdroji v hotelu Olšanka.

Abstract:

This master's thesis deals with issue of human resource management in the hotel Olšanka, where the access of human resource was applied according to competencies. This work is devided into three parts. Theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part dedicates to the definition of the concept of human recources management, the concept of competencies. The analytical part is based on findings from theoeretical part and identifies 22 positions of competency. The identification od these competencies leads to a design part, where the competency matrix suggest imporvements of human resources in hotel Olšanka.
