Spastic Form of Cerebral Palsy in Children And Its Effect on Posture- Casuistic Study

Abstract:

V této práci jsem se zabývala ovlivněním a hlavně zlepšením postury u pacienta s kvadruspastickou formou dětské mozkové obrny, protože lepší držení těla má nejen vliv na zlepšení motoriky, ale taky na psychiku, orofaciální oblast nebo také na snížení vzniku sekundárních změn. Práce je rozdělena na obecnou a speciální část. V obecné části jsem se zaměřila na příčiny vzniku tohoto postižení a rizikové faktory, formy DMO, ale také jejich přidružená onemocnění, která se zpravidla vždy vyskytují, a v neposlední řadě na terapii, která se u tohoto typu postižení využívá. Ve speciální části jsem se snažila přiblížit aktivitu, kterou organizuje Centrum pro rodinu a sociální péči, průběh cvičení v rodinách s postiženými DMO a také cviky, které je možné u nich použít.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with influence and, especially, enhancement of the posture in a child patient with a quadruspastic form of cerebral palsy. Better carriage of body affects not just improvement of motor activity, but it also affects psyche, orofacial area or reduction of secondary changes. It is divided into two parts; a general part and a special one. The general part is focused on the aetiological factors of this affection and risk factors, forms of cerebral palsy and also on allied diseases which frequently occur and last but not least on the therapy, which is used in this affection. The special part outlines activities organized by the Centre for Family and Social Care, the course of exercising in families with patients affected by cerebral palsy and exercises that can be applied there.
