The work deals with issues of nonverbal communication of a business person. It describes the most common nonverbal signals and their role in negotiations as business meetings and job interviews. Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice neverbální komunikace obchodníka. Popisuje nejčastější neverbální signály a jejich význam při jednáních jako obchodních schůzkách a pracovních pohovorech. Hlavní náplní práce je demonstrace a výčet základních a nejpoužívanějších gest, které mají největší vliv na průběh jednání a poskytnout výčet významných faktorů v mezinárodní obchodní komunikaci.
