Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce nese název Faktory vzniku bulimie. Absolventská práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení poruch příjmů potravy, kam jsem zařadila především mentální anorexii, mentální bulimii a její vývoj. Další kapitola pojednává o jednotlivých faktorech, které přispívají ke vzniku mentální bulimie. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na systém léčby, který přispívá k uzdravení bulimie. Následuje kapitola věnována rodinnému kontextu a to převážně teorii sociální dělohy, o které se často zmiňují významní terapeuti Chvála s Trapkovou. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na metodologii výzkumu a následnou prezentaci zjištěných výsledků a diskuzi. Metou výzkumu je kvalitativní šetření s polostrukturovanými rozhovory. V závěru mé absolventské práce jsem se pokusila představit zjištěné výsledky. Hlavním cílem práce je zpracovat 3 kazuistiky dívek, které trpěly mentální bulimii a zjištěné výsledky porovnat s teorií sociální dělohy.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis is entitled to Factors of bulimia. The graduate thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of eating disorders where I mainly included anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and its development. The next chapter discusses the individual factors which contribute to the development of mental bulimia. The third chapter is focused on the treatment system which contributes to the healing of bulimia. The following chapter is devoted to the family context particularly to the theory of the social uterus which is often mentioned by important therapists Chvála and Trapková. The last chapter focuses on the research methodology and subsequent presentation of the results and discussion. The method of research is a qualitative survey with semi-structured interviews At the end of the graduate thesis I attempted to present the obtained results. The main goal of the thesis is to process 3 cases of girls who suffered from mental bulimia and compare the results with the theory of the social uterus.
