Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje finanční analýzu společnosti Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. zpracovanou za období 2005 - 2010. Cílem práce je teoretické a následně praktické zpracování finanční analýzy komerční pojišťovny. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu finanční situace společnosti a její srovnání s odvětvím.

This diploma thesis includes a financial analysis of company Komerční pojišťovna, a.s. as prepared for the period 2005 - 2010. The aim of the thesis is theoretical and then practical processing of financial analysis of commercial insurance company.
