Diplomová práce analyzuje základní principy dobré správy. Je zkoumán princip transparentnosti, který má zajistit informovanost veřejnosti o činnosti veřejné správy. Informovanost není samoúčelná a musí být v demokratickém právním státě provázána s odpovědností. The diploma thesis analyses basic principles of good governance. The principle of transparency which should ensure that the public is informed about the activities of public administration is examined. Awareness is not an end in itself and must be linked to accountability in a democratic state governed by the rule of law.
