Defense Counsel in Criminal Cases
Abstract:
Obhájce v trestním řízení Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením obhájce v trestním řízení, jeho právy a povinnostmi. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu, cílů a podmínek úspěšné obhajoby s důrazem na obhajobu mladistvých a osob se sníženou příčetností. Z učiněných závěrů jsou navrhovány konkrétní změny právní úpravy z pohledu obhájce.

Defence Counsel in Criminal Cases My thesis deals with the position of the defence counsel in criminal proceedings, his rights and obligations. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation, goals and conditions of the successful defense with an emphasis on defense of juveniles and persons with reduced sanity.
