Analysis of Client Needs of Terrain Assistance Services for Families with Children in Zlin Region

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá terénní asistenční službou pro rodiny s dětmi (dále jen "TAS"), konkrétně se zaměřuje na analýzu potřeb klientských rodin této sociální služby na Zlínsku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, co TAS svým klientům nabízí a zda odpovídá poskytování této služby skutečným potřebám klientů. V teoretické části se práce zabývá definováním pojmu rodina, její funkcí, popisuje také typy rodin, zaměřuje se zejména na rodiny dysfunkční. Dále se věnuje hodnotám, potřebám rodin, výchově a jevům. Tyto jevy mohou mít vliv na nepříznivou situaci v rodině. V empirické části práce je prostřednictvím kvantitativní výzkumné strategie realizován výzkum v rodinách, kterým je poskytovaná TAS. Výzkum probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with assistance service for families with children (hereinafter referred to as "TAS") specifically focuses on the analysis of the needs of client families of this social service in the region Zlín. The main aim of this thesis is find out what "TAS" offers its clients and if complies with providing of this service to the real needs of clients. Theoretical part deals with defining the concept of family, its functions, also describes the types of families, mainly focuses on dysfunctional families. Thesis also pursues with values, family needs, education and events which for unfavorable situation in the family can have an impact. In empirical part of the thesis is used quantitative research which is carried out in families where TAS staff come through questionnaire. Results of research are stated in conclusion.
