An adolescent preparation for self dependent life with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku dospívajících s diagnózou DMO. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části obecně seznamuji s problematikou dětské mozkové obrny, její historií, etiologií, diagnostikou, formami, rehabilitací a léčbou. V neposlední řadě také problematikou spojenou s dospíváním a dospělostí. V hlavní časti je popsána moje práce s klientem s DMO. Obsahuje kazuistiku, jednotlivá vyšetření, krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán, průběh terapie a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the issue of adolescents diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I generally acquaint with the issue of cerebral palsy, its history, etiology, diagnosis, forms, rehabilitation and treatment. Last but not least, the problems associated with adolescence and adulthood. The main part describes my work with client with cerebral palsy. It contains a casuistry, individual examinations, a short-term occupational therapy plan, the course of therapy and a long-term occupational therapy plan.
