Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a výběrem dodavatele ve společnosti Kautex Textron Bohemia spol. s r. o. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickým východiskům k dané problematice a definování základních pojmů. V případové studii je představena společnost Kautex, její mise, vize a strategie zvolená ve vztahu k partnerům a okolí společnosti. Následně je podrobně analyzován proces schválení a výběru nového dodavatele. Proces hodnocení výkonu dodavatelů pomocí aplikací specifických metod, včetně následků, která tato hodnocení mají pro dodavatele. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena efektivnost procesu výběru a hodnocení dodavatele ve společnosti Kautex a jsou navržena opatření k jeho možnému zlepšení, jimiž jsou zavedení ceny jako hodnotícího kritéria, využití systému elektronické aukce a zavedení motivačního programu pro dodavatele.

Abstract:

The master´s thesis deals with the suplier of Kautex Textron Bohemia Ltd. evaluation and selection. The Introductory part is devoted to the theoretical basis to the given issues and defines the basic terms. In the case study the company Kautex is introduced and its mission, vision and the chosen strategy in relation to the partners and to the environment are stated. Afterwards the process approval and selection of the new supplier is analysing. The process of the supplier performance evaluation is in detail analysed with the application of the specific methods including the consequences which these evaluations have for the supplier. At the end of this thesis the effectiveness of the supplier selection and evaluation process in the company Kautex is assessed and the possible improvement measures such as introduction the price as an evaluation criterion, the application of the electronic auction system and the introduction of the supplier motivation program are suggested.
