Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice počítačové kriminality. Vysvětluje a definuje pojem počítačové kriminality a objasňuje historický vývoj až do dnešní doby. Dále se také věnuje subjektům zúčastněným na této kriminalitě. Hlavní část se pak zabývá rozborem nejznámějších druhů počítačové kriminality a jejich trestněprávní kvalifikací. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of cybercrime. It defines and descrabes term of cybercrime and also historical evolution from the past to the present time. It also deal with subjects of cyebrcrime. Main part is analysis of each type of cybercrime and its criminal qualification and also brings important analysis of international law regulation in area of cybercrime.
