Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo overenie a optimalizácia v literatúre nedávno popísaných postupov proteolýzy za účasti mikrovĺn v kyslom alebo zásaditom prostredí. Tieto postupy proteolýzy majú za cieľ urýchlenie a zefektívnenie prípravy proteínov na hmotnostne spektrometrickú analýzu.
