Abstract:
Velká část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na tuky a oleje jako takové, jejich využití a vliv na lidský organismus a zdraví. Poté také na průmyslové získávání oleje, jeho konečnou úpravu před tím, než se plní do obalů a dostane se do obchodních sítí k prodeji konečnému spotřebiteli. A large part of this bachelor thesis is focused on fats and oils, their usage and ef-fect on human health and organism, as well as industrially oil extraction and its final treatment before filling the packages and distribution to the end consumer through business network.
