Bakalářská práce se zabývá administrativními náklady zadávání veřejných zakázek veřejnými zadavateli. Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit, zda je pro zadavatele výhodnější zadat veřejnou zakázku vlastními pracovníky nebo externí firmou.
