Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku úpadkového práva v České republice v souvislosti s přijetím insolvenčního zákona č. 182/2006 Sb. Tato práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na jednu z forem řešení úpadku dlužníka – konkurs.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the issues of insolvency law in the Czech Republic in connection with the adoption of the Insolvency Act No. 182/2006 Coll. This work provides a comprehensive view of one form of the bankruptcy debtor – bankruptcy.
