Abstract:

Úloha pracovní rehabilitace jako jedné ze součástí komplexní péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením ?Hledání práce je práce sama o sobě?. Tento citát vystihuje aktuální situaci na trhu práce. Motivuje a upozorňuje na nutnost aktivity a určitého vynaloženého úsilí při snaze umístit se na trhu práce a získat vhodné zaměstnání. Jsou kategorie uchazečů o zaměstnání, které patří mezi rizikové skupiny. Tyto skupiny mají hledání zaměstnání ztížené určitým faktorem, který je do jisté míry omezuje a znevýhodňuje. Jednou ze skupin těchto uchazečů jsou i lidé se zdravotním postižením. Každý člověk, který má zdravotní postižení má právo na komplexní a ucelenou péči, která mu umožní plnohodnotný život. Má nárok na zvláštní pracovní podmínky, ale také na pomoc při přípravě na zaměstnání. Právě k tomu slouží pracovní rehabilitace, která je součástí ucelené rehabilitace. Pracovní rehabilitace, je v České republice zakotvena v zákoně č. 435/2004 Sb. Autor se ve své práci zaměřil na projekt Kredit ? Sociální ekonomika na Mostecku. Osoby, které byli do projektu zahrnuti, jsou uchazeči o zaměstnání, kteří mají zdravotní postižení. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem je vnímána úloha pracovní rehabilitace v rámci péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením. Práce nám předkládá poznatky, které autor získal v rámci šetření a zpracování bakalářské práce. Práce uceluje představy o pracovní rehabilitaci a jejím využití v mosteckém okresu a okolí. Zkoumá vnímání ze strany klientů a pracovníků a teoreticky vymezuje úlohy pracovní rehabilitace. V závěru práce autor analyzuje své poznatky o využití pracovní rehabilitace při práci s klienty se zdravotním postižením a při zapojení na trh práce. Autor by chtěl získané poznatky využít ke zkvalitnění systému práce s osobami se zdravotním postižením a jejich zaměstnáváním.

Abstract:

Role of work rehabilitation as a one´s from part of complex care of persons with health disabilities "Finding a job is a job itself." This quotation describes the current situation in the labor market. It motivates and highlights the need for activity and certain efforts in trying to find one´s place in the labor market and obtain a suitable employment. There are categories of job seekers which are among the risk groups. These groups find it difficult to get a job due to a factor that, to some extent, causes them to be limited and handicapped. One group of these candidates are people with disabilities. Every disabled person is entitled to a comprehensive and holistic care which will allow them to live a full life. Such person is entitled to special working conditions, but also to assistance with preparation for employment. This is exactly the purpose that vocational rehabilitation, being a part of a comprehensive rehabilitation, should serve. Vocational rehabilitation in the Czech Republic is embedded in Act No. 435/2004 Coll. The author of this work focused on the project Kredit ? Sociální ekonomika na Mostecku (Credit - Social Economy in the district of Most). The people involved in the project are disabled job seekers. The aim is to find out what is the perception of the role of vocational rehabilitation within the framework of the care for the disabled. The work presents the knowledge gained by the author during the research and processing of the thesis. The work attempts to give a comprehensive picture of vocational rehabilitation and its use in the Most district and neighborhood. It examines how the matter is perceived by clients and staff, and theoretically defines the role of vocational rehabilitation. In conclusion, the author analyzes her findings on the use of vocational rehabilitation when helping disabled clients find a job. The author would like to use the acquired knowledge to improve the system of work with disabled people and their employment.
