Developing key competencies of human resources in a selected company
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozvoj klíčových kompetencí ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První je teoretická, druhá praktická. První, tedy metodická část se zaměřuje na historii kompetencí, druhy kompetencí a následně jejich rozvoj. Cílem druhé části, tedy aplikační, je zanalyzovat kompetence a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout případná opatření.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor work is a development of key competences in a selected company. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical, the second one is practical. The first one, the methodological part, focuses on the history of competences, types of competences and subsequently their development.
