Anotácia:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá integrovanými operačními středisky, která byla vybudována na úrovni krajů a Policejního prezidia ČR za dotační podpory fondů Evropské unie. Důvodem jejich vzniku, je mj. rychlejší informovanost a následná akceschopnost Policie ČR v případě mimořádné události, také následné napojení na Národní informační systém v rámci koordinace složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vývoje zřízení integrovaných operačních středisek a také komparace příjmu tísňového volání v případě mimořádných situací ve vztahu k zainteresovaným osobám, tedy Policii ČR, občanům, jednotlivým složkám IZS a také státu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the integrated operations centres established on the level of districts and the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic through support of European Union funds. The reason for their creation, among others, is faster awareness and following responsiveness of the Police of the Czech Republic in state of emergency, and subsequent connection to the National Information System under the coordination of the Integrated Rescue System. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the establishment of integrated operations centres as well as comparison of incoming emergency calls in case of emergency situations in relation to interested bodies, i.e. the Police of the Czech Republic, citizens, individual bodies of IRS and the state.
