Magisterská diplomová práce pojednává o metodě assessment centra, a to se zaměřením na specifickou skupinu kandidátů, kteří prošli výběrovým řízením v této formě. Práce je standardně rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se v úvodu zaměřuje na problematiky trhu práce a výběru zaměstnanců. This thesis deals with assessment centers as a method of selection, aimed particularly at the persons who were in position of candidates, at their perception and impacts on their self-knowledge. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part introduces the topic and defines labour market and staff selection process.
