Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je podrobně popsat a vyhodnotit systémy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout vhodné změny pro zlepšení. První část se zaměřuje na teoretické aspekty řízení lidských zdrojů a strategie získávání a výběru personálu. Následuje důkladný popis společnosti RH elektro, který je následován analýzou ve formě kvalitativního výzkumu stávajících postupů. V závěrečné části práce jsou prezentována zjištění a navrženy konkrétní změny, které mají potenciál posílit efektivitu a účinnost procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v dané organizaci

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively describe and evaluate employee recruitment and selection systems within a selected organization and propose suitable changes for improvement. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects of human resource management and personnel acquisition and selection strategies. This is followed by a thorough description of the company RH elektro, which is then succeeded by an analysis in the form of qualitative research of current procedures. In the final section of the thesis, findings are presented and specific changes are proposed, which have the potential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of employee acquisition and selection processes within the given organization
