Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na studium vybraných organických molekul interkalujících do dvoušroubovice DNA. Pro studium byly vybrány dva deriváty cyklických nitronů jako molekuly interkalující mezi GC a AT páry bází DNA molekuly. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on study of selected organic molecules intercalation into double stranded fragments of DNA. Two derivates of cyclic nitrones were chosen as molecules intercalated into the GC and AT base pairs of DNA molecule.
