Recruitment and Selection of New Staff through personal agency

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku personálních agentur a agenturního zaměstnávání. Jsou zde popsány základní procesy vedení agentury a postup při kontaktu s klienty a uchazeči o práci. Práce se snaží poukázat na nejdůležitější a nejčastější pojmy a fakta, se kterými se běžně setkávám během svého působení v personální agentuře Sodat s.r.o. V práci je popsán problém vyhledávání nových klientů a zájemců o zaměstnání, který je úzce spojen s problémem konkurence. Je zde popsán můj návrh na možné řešení těchto dvou problémů.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on problems of human resource agencies and middleman employment. The processes and regularities of running this kind of agencies, the customer relation and applicant procedures are described there. The thesis aims to point out the most important terms and facts that are common for the personal agency Sodat, Ltd., which I have been working for. The main topic is then the description of problems connected to expansion of the customer and applicant base, which is in fact significantly influenced by the competition. The goal of the thesis is to deliver with the possible solution of these two main problem
