Předmětem diplomové práce „Inovační strategie podniku“ je odhalení nedostatků a návrh na jejich řešení v inovační strategii sledovaného podniku v oblasti organizace práce. The subject of the thesis “Corporate Innovation Strategy” is to identify imperfections and propose their solutions in innovation strategy in the area of work organization of the observed company.
