Assertion of gastronomic field absolvents on the labour marker.

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit uplatnění absolventů gastronomických oborů Střední školy společného stravování v Ostravě Hrabůvce a jejich názory na průběh jejich vzdělávání. Také sestavit dotazník, vyhodnotit jej a na základě vyhodnocení napsat doporučení ke zlepšení výuky a odborné praxe. Dotazník je určen pro absolventy oborů s výučním listem. Zajímal jsem se o jejich uplatnění na trhu práce, jestli nalezli uplatnění ve svém oboru nebo našli uplatnění v jiných oborech.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out about the assertion of graduates of gastronomic fields of the Secondary School of Mass Catering in Ostrava Hrabůvka and their opinions on the course of their education. The other aim was to compile a questionnaire, evaluate it and, based on the evaluation, write recommendations to improve teaching and professional practice. The questionnaire is intended to be for graduates of fields with an apprenticeship cerificate. My interest was their assertion on the labour market, whether they found employment in their field or in other fields.
