Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje strategickému řízení lidských zdrojů, modelu HR Business Partneringu a jeho implementaci v organizaci. Teoretické část vycházející z odborné literatury zahrnuje vývoj personální práce, představení přístupů ke strategické roli personalisty, Ulrichův model HR Business Partneringu a pohled na roli HR Business Partnera a jeho kompetence. Praktická část sleduje proces implementace nového modelu řízení lidských zdrojů v IT společnosti, tento proces vyhodnocuje skrze dotazníková šetření a přináší doporučení pro zavedení nového modelu.

Abstract:

This master thesis focuses on strategic human resource management, HR Business Partner model, and its implementation in an organization. The theoretical part supported by the literature includes the evolution of human resources management. It introduces different approaches towards the strategic role of HR, Ulrich’s HR Business Partner model, and HR Business Partners’ competencies. The practical part follows and evaluates the implementation of a new HR model in an IT company. The thesis conclusion brings a recommendation on HR model implementation.
