Cooperatives in the Act on Commercial corporations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce podá analýzu české právní úpravy družstev v zákonu o obchodních korporacích, vymezení základních pojmů a charakteristiku právní úpravy. Výsledky analýzy budou použity jako východisko pro analýzu právního postavení konkrétního družstva.
Abstract:
Bachelor work will analyze Czech legislation of Cooperatives in the Act on Commercial corporations, the definition of basic concepts and characteristic of legislation. Results of the analysis will be used as basis for analysis of legal status specific Cooperative.
