Práce je komparací správní a trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob. Po historickém exkursu následuje vymezení právnické osoby. Další kapitola komparuje správní a soudní delikt. Komparace je provedena srovnáním správní a trestní odpovědnosti, a pomocí komparace formální a materiální stránky obou druhů deliktů. The thesis is a comparison of the administrative and criminal liability of the legal persons. Historical overview is followed by a definition of the legal person. The next chapter compares the administrative and judicial offence.
