Design of a Material Procurement, Storage and Distribution Model for Lithium-Ion Battery Production

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním návrhu optimálního modelu dopravy a manipulace materiálu pro výrobu Lithium-iontových baterií od nákupu, přes skladování na výrobní linku, po skladování a distribuci finálního výrobku. Nedílnou součástí návrhu je nastavení a zefektivnění optimálního systému řízení výroby a systému řízení zásob, ze kterých se stanoví optimální výrobní dávka a také se určí kapacita výroby. Poté bude posouzena problematika úzkých míst a navržen postup pro jejich eliminování. Celý proces bude hodnocen také z pohledu požadavků na lokální a oblastní infrastrukturu, z pohledu nákladů na dopravu, z pohledu provozních nákladů při výrobě, včetně manipulace a skladování a také z pohledu sociálně-ekonomické situace v regionu. Pro tuto práci budou hodnoceny 2 lokality v ČR. Tato práce plynule navazuje a detailněji rozpracovává kapitoly z bakalářské práce na téma GIGAFACTORY - návrh výrobní linky.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis deals with the design of the optimal model of transport and material handling for the production of Lithium-ion batteries from purchase, through storages to the production line and distribution of the final product. An integral part of the design is the setting and streamlining of the optimal production management system and the inventory management system, from the optimal production batch is determined and the production capacity will be also determined. As other problematic of bottlenecks will be assessed and a procedure for their elimination will be proposed. The whole process will also be evaluated from the point of view of local and regional infrastructure requirements, from the point of view of transport costs and the point of view of operating costs during production, including handling and storage, and also from the point of view of the socio-economic situation in the region. For this work will be evaluate 2 chosen localities in the Czech Republic. This thesis smoothly follows on and elaborates in more detail the chapters from the bachelor's thesis on the topic of GIGAFACTORY - production line design.
