Predmetom bakalárskej práce je Analýza a riadenie finančných rizík v podniku, a to po teoretickej aj praktickej stránke. Teoretická časť pozostáva z charakteristík jednotlivých finančných rizík, je v nej vysvetlená podstata ich analýzy a riadenia a nakoniec aj charakteristika finančnej analýzy.
